ability to enter the Champions' Guild
level 33 magic ( alternativly if you have level 31 you can drink wizard mind bomb which temporarly increaes your magic by 2.
if you don't have at least level 31 magic and dont want to spend money on runes, 10000 gold is required
ability to defeat Elvarg (level 110 on RuneScape Classic, level 83 on RuneScape 2)

Players can submit questions via an e-mail address listed on the website to any non-player character in the game. Monthly membership fees are currently set at ¡ê3. These non-player characters, or NPCs, can replace some basic equipment items if necessary. Players are not bound to a particular server, but rather, players may use whichever server they choose. Monsters may also be aggressive, attacking any player who comes within range regardless of the player's combat level, non-aggressive, meaning the monster only attacks when provoked, or partially aggressive, only attacking players below a certain level. The servers use Unix, Debian GNU/Linux, and Cisco IOS software, and they are located in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Australia, Sweden and Finland. As these skills grow higher, a player will gain access to more powerful spells and prayers.
