The Rune Mysteries quest is currently (and likely permanently) the only free-version quest released after RuneScape 2 was launched. It is a very simple quest, it involves no killing or skill-oriented tasks, it only involves delivering items. The player must complete this quest before he can use the rune-crafting skill.

Sheep Shearer
