Lletya is an Elven town in Tirannwn, and is accessed during or after completion of the "Mourners' End" quest. It contains a bank, a spinning wheel, flax, an altar, and access to a grove of magic trees. It is inhabited by Elves which may be pickpocketed by highly skilled thieves. It can be accessed with a special elven teleportation crystal. Despite all these things, it is not often visited by players, although Jagex has promised new updates in this area in the future. The Elves in Lletya are led by Ariannwyn, and books of Elven history may be found in the bookshelves of his home.
